By accessing or using the Ready App platform, mobile application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Ready App LLC ("Ready App," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Ready App LLC is a Florida limited liability company located at 1646 West Snow Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Ready App is a verification-first platform connecting commercial truck drivers, carriers, and freight brokers. The Service enables identity verification, credential management, job matching, load board access, and communication tools designed to reduce fraud and streamline operations within the freight and logistics industry.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at cs@ready-app.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

5. SMS and Text Messaging Consent

By creating an account or providing your phone number through the Service, you expressly consent to receive SMS and text messages from Ready App. These messages may include:

• Account verification and security codes
• Job matching alerts and load notifications
• Service updates and important account information
• Promotional messages about Ready App features and offers

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact cs@ready-app.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Ready App LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Engage in double brokering, identity fraud, or any form of freight fraud

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ready App LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. In no event shall Ready App LLC's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to Ready App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
